DISTRACTION FREE ENVIRONMENT

In order to provide a distraction-free environment for our attendees and sponsors, NetHope does not allow solicitation at the Global Summit by attendees or unauthorized parties without express permission of NetHope. This includes, but is not limited to the following: unauthorized on-site distribution of printed or electronic materials (except business cards), unauthorized exhibits, or unauthorized hospitality suites. Official 2026 sponsors may engage in approved activities in approved locations. No events, receptions, meetings, and/or food functions can be planned during scheduled events and programming on the official Summit agenda. All other requests should be made by emailing summit@nethope.org for approval.
